Apple Dipping Sticks


Wash apples. You can use red or green apples (or both).


Slice apple into thin sticks. Don’t remove the peel.


Use peanut butter, yogurt or hummus as your dip.


For variety, mix the apple sticks with sticks of your favorite cheese.
